Regular shipments to the mainland US ship USPS Parcel Post. For faster delivery, we ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express. Return Policy/Fragrance Guarantee: For all products except Diffusers and Refills: We believe you will be so satified with Tamarinda products that we offer a 21 day money back guarantee for orders placed through our online store. Just return the unused, unopened product(s) and original invoice, noting your reason for return, and we'll promptly refund your purchase price. We do not accept returns of opened, partially used products. Note: Shipping/handling charges of the original order are non-refundable, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned products. For Diffusers and Diffuser Refill Guarantee: We are so confident you will be satisfied with the quality of our diffuser fragrances, that we guarantee them! Just return the unused portion of your diffuser, along with the reeds to us for a refund. Returns must be received within 45 days of the original purchase date. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
